Many actions give the player Experience. (not those that may be repeated instantly like pick up / drop)

Level
- Player starts at level 0
- Experience X*2^n gives the player experience level n
Effect
The level of the players affects:
- Action Radius
- How many ant eaters the user may pick up in Inventory
- How much food the player may carry in Inventory
