Make Energy Bar

If a colony have enough size and food the player may instruct it to swarm. Player Level 6 or better required.

This causes a drop in population and food and an Energy Bar will appear on the ground near the colony after some time.

Note that the energy bar, once released, may be picked by any player. If not picked up after some days it will get bad and disappear.
