Facility used for cooperating in Teams.

Level 1: Join (and leave) a team.
Level 2:
Level 3 and Admin: Build/upgrade monument (using collected credits)
Level 4: Invite other players to the team (Admin can always kick them if not wanted)
Level 5 and Admin: Set team name/description.
Level 5 version 1.7.34+: 3 players with level 5 may found a new team.
Level 6 and Admin: Make other members Admin
Level 7 claim Admin if team has no active Admin
Level 8 version less than 1.7.34: Found a new team
Level 9 and Admin: Kick members (not admins)
