You may attack Enemy Colony using your warrior ants in inventory.

Do the attack

Ensure that you are in range of an Enemy Colony, large circle for independent (black) nests, smaller yellow circle for enemy (other color) nests.
Click the colony and select "Attack".
This does one "round" of the attack. I.e. casualties on both sides.
If you have more warriors keep clicking the colony and Attack if you want to attack more.
If you kill all inhabitants you have killed the colony and get Experience

Defence

The defence is better if there are many Warrior ants. (Can be changed by owner from a distance)

Notes

You can not attack the colonies of a new player. This applies for the first week of that player's play time.
Players with less total ant population get a defense bonus when defending towards players with larger total ant population.

Notes

Several people may attack the same colony at the same time.
