All Controlled Colony have a ratio between Workers and Warriors.
The colony stives towards that ratio and workers can be turned into warriors and vice versa. (Every minute a small shift is done)
The player may pick up warrior ant from a Controlled Colony.
Based on sum of the the attack-level on [controlled colony] and their population.
How to get them? Visit hills to pick them up? Exp level limit how many you may carry?
If lost you should be able to get new somehow.
