When the player has instructed a colony to Swarm a swarming colony is created near the colony after some time.
Any user in the same Species may Pick Up it if they have space in Inventory.
A swarming colony is used to start a new Colony in an empty Nest.
If a swarming colony is not picked up after a longer time period it will die.
