Build this facility to start a team.

The level of the (leader's) Team Headquarter sets the number members the team can have, including the leader. E.g. if level 7, team can have 6 other members.

Levels

Level 1: Needed to see teams
Level 2: Join (and leave) a team.
Level 3 and Admin: Build/upgrade monument (using collected credits)
Level 4: Invite other players to the team (Admin can always kick them if not wanted)
Level 5 and Admin: Set team name/description
Level 6 and Admin: Make other members Admin
Level 8: Found a new team
Level 9 and Admin: Kick members
