Message definition (Team)

If team has no active administrator any member (See [[Team Headquarter]] level) may claim administrator privileges for the team - warning sent to existing admins and a grace period (1 week) must pass before the member get admin.

Если в команде нет активного администратора, любой участник (см. Уровень Штаб-квартира Команды) может претендовать на привилегии администратора для команды - предупреждение отправляется существующим администраторам, и перед тем, как участник получит администратора, должен пройти льготный период (1 неделя).
